I’ve been doing alright. Haven’t really eaten the last few days, but haven’t done who-robics in about a week.

Someone told me it was impossible to do a 90 second plank.
And that I could not do it. Every day that I surpass 60 seconds I relish in proving him wrong. I can’t wait for the last day of may!
I’m particularly proud because we have a flea problem atm And I held my planks through all the biting.
Now we do it outside in our yard.
It’s a shame I can’t take my laptop outside. I want to do some circuit workouts.. I guess I want it enough to face the fleas and heat.
